Remember, Jenna, the phenomenal calligrapher...and bride-to-be? Well, she has friends in high places, that she has shared her wedding theme & gown inspirations with. Here's a sneak peek. I adore the not-to-girly but oh-so feminine pink colour theme that is subtly laced throughout. And who said that you can't have fun with serious subject matter? From the whimsical carnival theme {tickets, balloons, hand dipped soft ice cream, juggler & cotton candy} to the sweet sensational delights {of tulle, candy, ribbons, polka dots, lace & pearls} this event promises to have lots of light-hearted fun...the Grown & Sexy way!!!

These great D.I.Y. cards are long on, both, ingenuity and techno-chic. Letterpressed L.C.D. display allow you to color your own unique message. Available at Present and Correct, each card has space for 16 characters. A fun to the touch card printed on recycled paper with a kraft style envelope fits the bill for any Bride going green.

While on my Friday 'blogstroll' this morning, I strolled onto one of the places that always makes me smile, whenever I am visiting. While reading through the pictureque posts, my heart gave pause when I came to rest on this one. And as the post suggests, some things are truly awesome, truly amazing and truly magical! Then the planner in me kicked into high gear, wondering - "how I would incorporate the use of such beautiful paper art pieces in an event?" Uhmmm. Envision, if you will, a six tiered pastry stand filled with hundreds of your favorite cupcakes--each one meticulously enclosed within these beautiful papercut art pieces. Envision, yet but again, a well appointed escort table/tree/wall, draped in the finest of linens, topped by these awe-inspiring works of paper art ornately engraved with the name of your invited guests.

I have imagined using these dainty but powerful heart stopping art pieces, as an element, in at least a million {slight exaggeration} design scenerios. I am interested in knowing, how would you incorporate this desing element in your wedding event?

The wedding was a everything you could wish for-and more. The reception is already being hailed as the Party of the Century! You have watched the magic* unfold as you glided down the aisle, and danced until you can't stand in those fantastically embellished Jimmy Choos. The first signature given as Mr. & Mrs. was the signing of the marriage license and this is just the first of many co-signatures. The next line of 'signature' business is the construction & {co-signing} of your THANK YOU CARDS. After the Honeymoon and before the first anniversary, be certain to thank your guests for sharing those wonderful moments with you!
